Las Chicas del Café is a family-owned coffee roaster founded in 2005 by sisters Maria Fiallos and Valeria Fiallos-Soliman, representing four generations of a Nicaraguan coffee-growing family. The company roasts and packages direct-trade Nicaraguan beans, largely from the family farm in Las Sabanas, at its roastery in St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada. Coffee is sold online for pickup and through retailers across Ontario and beyond.
