Uganda Zebigi is produced by The Coffee Gardens, a project founded in 2017 aimed at producing exceptional specialty coffees ethically and transparently. This lot is processed using dry fermentation, where the cherries are depulped and left in tanks without water for 40 hours, allowing microorganisms to naturally break down the mucilage.
