Nestled in the celebrated coffee region of Santa Barbara, Honduras, the Don Andres farm is a small but mighty 3.5-hectare plot owned by Andres Fernandes. This area is known for producing vibrant coffees due to high altitude, long sunny days, and cool nights. The Catuai lot is processed using a NO₂ anaerobic natural method, enhancing clarity and complexity while preserving a soft fermentation character. The result is a dynamic cup with notes of roasted pineapple, raspberry, and roasted almond.
