Roasting since 2019
Single-origin Ecuadorian coffee roasted at origin in Quito by an SCA-certified roaster, from farms in Loja, Pichincha, the Amazon, Manabí and the Galápagos. Ships across the US.

Mont Coffee is an Ecuadorian company founded in 2019 to bring the country's specialty coffee to more people. It buys from small farms in all four of Ecuador's regions: the Andean highlands of Loja and Pichincha, the Manabí coast, the Amazon, and Santa Cruz island in the Galápagos.
Every coffee is roasted at origin in Quito by Norberto Vásquez of Cabra Negra, an SCA-certified roaster, and Mont is a member of the Specialty Coffee Association. The coffee is sold across the US through Mont Specialty Foods, based in Miami.
The range reads like a map of the country. Their Geisha comes from Finca La Rinconada in Chaguarpamba, Loja, at 2,800 m, while the Manabí Typica grows between 10 and 70 m, where cool ocean currents do the work that altitude does elsewhere. In between are a natural Typica from the El Guabal and Landangui farms in Loja, a washed Bourbon from Terrazas del Pisque in Pichincha, a washed Typica from La Loma in the Amazon, and a natural Typica from Santa Cruz.
