La Guashira is a vertically integrated specialty coffee company that grows coffee at Finca Las Acacias in Guatica, Risaralda, Colombia, and imports, roasts and sells it in Spain. It roasts weekly at its campus and roastery in San Vicente del Raspeig, Alicante, where it also runs SCA-certified barista and brewing training.
