This coffee comes out of Mandalay, Myanmar, which is an origin that is still developing. Shwe Yi Mon Estate is working with the land thoughtfully, interplanting coffee with macadamia and hardwood shade trees. The estate is run by U Ye Myint, who has been instrumental in building the foundation for the Myanmar coffee sector.
