The Green Land farm is located on the road between Pyin Oo Lwin and Mogok, near the border between Mandalay Division and Northern Shan State. It is a family business led by U Sai Wan, who has memories of his childhood watching coffee plantations along the road whenever his parents took him from Yangon to visit relatives in Northern Shan. Today, he runs one of the largest Arabica plantations in the country.
