Kyar is a single-origin coffee from Ywangan, Myanmar, grown by local smallholder producers at around 1,500 masl. The washed Catuaí is given an espresso roast, resulting in an exotic, fruit-forward profile with complex acidity and a creamy body. Tasting notes include green apple, honey and milk chocolate.
