This coffee comes from Hacienda Santa Bárbara, in the mountains of Antioquia, where the Echavarría family cultivates high-quality coffee in a privileged environment. The washed process and controlled fermentation allow for a clean, balanced, and very consistent cup. In espresso, it offers an intense base of chocolate and cocoa, accompanied by notes of caramel and ripe fruit that provide sweetness and complexity. The acidity is medium-low, perfectly integrated, while the body is creamy and the finish is long and pleasant. A classic, rounded, and very versatile espresso.
