The Kiangai Wet Mill, located in the Kirinyaga region of Kenya, is situated at an altitude of 1,700 to 1,800 meters. Approximately 900 small-scale farmers from the Kibirigwi cooperative bring ripe cherries for careful selection and processing. After pulping, the coffee undergoes density sorting and fermentation before being slowly dried on African beds. This collaboration between local farmers and the wet mill produces clean, high-quality coffee characteristic of Kenya.
