
A natural, anaerobically fermented coffee from the Bombe area of Bensa in Ethiopia's Sidama region, grown at 2,226 metres. Led by producer Daniso Horsa, who works with more than 300 smallholders, the cherries undergo a controlled oxygen-free fermentation after hand-picking. Scored 85 and given an omni roast suited to both filter and espresso, with a medium-high body and medium acidity.
