Chelbesa is a specialty Arabica coffee from the Chelbesa washing station in the Gedeb district of the Yirgacheffe region, southern Ethiopia. It is grown at high altitudes by smallholder farmers and is known for its complex flavor profile that includes notes of ripe berries, chocolate, and jasmine.
