
A washed Ethiopian coffee from Aleta Wendo in the Sidama region, grown between 1,800 and 1,900 metres under native shade trees and processed at a washing station run by second-generation producer Yitbarek Tilahun. Fermentation runs 48 to 72 hours in concrete tanks before washing and slow drying on raised African beds. Scored 83 and roasted for espresso, with a medium-light body and medium-high acidity.
