A decaffeinated specialty coffee from the Cerrado region of Brazil, made from large-grain beans (screen size 17/18) and given a medium roast that brings out dried-fruit aromas. Caffeine is removed using the Swiss Water process, which relies only on water to extract caffeine without chemical solvents.
