This lot of Yellow Pacas comes from the Fincas Mierisch farm Santa Lucia in Honduras. The Yellow Pacas variety is part of a natural regression of Pacamara, which is a cross between a Pacas and Maragogype. This lot underwent a honey process resulting in distinct tasting notes.
