A washed coffee from Acevedo in Huila, Colombia, grown at 1,630 metres by the San Isidro Association, a 40-year-old community of 85 producers in Pitalito and Acevedo that also protects forests and water sources in the Serranía de Peñas Blancas. Scored 82 and roasted for espresso, it is balanced and chocolatey with a medium body and light acidity.
