This coffee is a complex, juicy, and vibrant washed from Gedeb county, made up of cherries grown by approximately 150 smallholder farmers from Saareji village. The cherries are pulped and soaked in water for 48 hours as part of the wet fermentation process, promoting the history and character of these coffees.
