Rwanda Sholi is produced by the Sholi Cooperative located in the Muhanga District of Rwanda. Established in 2008, the cooperative focuses on improving both coffee quality and community welfare, with a significant portion of its producers being women. The coffee is processed using a washed method, resulting in a medium-light roast with tasting notes of lemon zest and plum pudding.
