Kanzu is the name of the washing station in the Nyamaheke region near Lake Kivu. High up in the surrounding lush mountains, amidst the natural forest of Nyunwe, 535 coffee growers contribute their coffee cherries to this station. The volcanic soil, high elevation, and mature Bourbon varieties of coffee contribute to a very special coffee.
