This anaerobic natural coffee comes from the Gasharu washing station on the shores of Lake Kivu, where Valentin Kamenyi works with 1,075 small producers. The cherries are carefully selected and fermented for 100 hours in oxygen-free tanks. In the cup, it presents a coffee with a lot of tropical fruit and great sweetness with a heavy body.
