Apaneca-Ilamatepec, El Salvador
Puma is a single-origin coffee from the Apaneca-Ilamatepec range of El Salvador, grown by Andrés Salaverría at around 1,200 masl. The naturally processed Catuaí is given an espresso roast, producing an exotic, fruit-forward cup with pronounced tartaric acidity and a creamy body. Tasting notes include prune, hazelnut cream and dark chocolate.
