A naturally processed single-origin coffee from Marcelino Chinguel's La Lucuma farm, where he has grown coffee for more than forty years alongside his family. This lot is the first produced from the Mariscal variety he planted in 2018. After harvest the cherries are hand-sorted, floated and rested for 16 hours, then dried on raised beds in a solar dryer for 20 to 30 days.
