Perú Marcelino Chinguel is produced by Don Marcelino Chinguel, who has been cultivating coffee for over forty years. This lot represents the first production from the Marshell variety planted in 2018. The cherries are hand-selected, floated, and dried on raised beds for about 20 to 30 days.
