A washed Caturra and Pache lot from a few producer families in El Diamante, near Jaen, Peru, grown between 1,700 and 2,000 metres. El Diamante is one of the few areas of Jaen with protected forest and many springs, contributing to rich, stable soils. Notes of starfruit, marzipan and caramel.
