
Chirinos is a long-standing cooperative in the Cajamarca region of Peru, established in 1968. The cooperative uses organic compost and a nutrient-rich fertilizer to produce high yield Bourbon, Catturra, and Typica varieties, resulting in a layered and clean coffee across all brewing methods.
