A honey-process Pacamara from Finca Lorayne in Boquete, Chiriqui, Panama, grown at around 1700 metres and produced by Elia Lorayne Rosas. After depulping, the mucilage is retained during two to three weeks of drying on raised beds and the coffee then rests for 90 to 120 days, yielding a sweet, silky cup with medium-high acidity.
