A natural-process Geisha from Finca Lorayne in Boquete, Chiriqui, Panama, grown at around 1700 metres on volcanic soils. The farm, founded in the 1950s and now led by fourth-generation producer Elia Lorayne Rosas, hand-selects only ripe cherries during February and March and dries them under controlled conditions for a complex, floral cup.
