This rare Wush Wush variety is grown at 2,000 meters on Las Marías, the family estate of 1959 cafe. The coffee is processed with 120 hours of anaerobic fermentation before slow drying, resulting in a bright, expressive cup with sweet strawberry, juicy pineapple, and fresh orange zest.
