A washed coffee from Finca La Bolsa in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, run by the Vides family, where limestone soils and high altitude give a velvety body and citric acidity. The farm is Rainforest Alliance certified and organically produced, with 18-24 hours of in-cherry fermentation without water contact, mucilage removed by filtration channels and sun drying to about 10.5% moisture.
