The Okapi blend is grown at prime elevation, gently nurtured in rich volcanic soils. This blend combines a bittersweet cacao, gentle almond and raisin flavour with a bright lemon acidity. It is ideal for Espresso but also mixes beautifully with milk for drinks like Flat White, Latte or Cappuccino.
