The Ndurutu washing station is located in the coffee-growing region of Nyeri, specifically in the Nyeri Central coffee district. This washing station began operating in 1999 and has consolidated many local producers who deliver their cherries for processing there. Today, more than 527 producers deliver their harvests from farms located at over 1,700 meters above sea level.
