Kedamesa, Limmu (Oromia), Ethiopia
A washed coffee from Kedamesa in the Limmu area of Oromia, Ethiopia, grown at 2,050 metres by second-generation farmer Negash Abarago. Cherries are hand-selected, depulped, fermented, washed and dried for 10 to 12 days on raised African beds. Scored 86 and given an omni roast, it is tea-like and floral with a medium body and medium acidity, and shines especially in filter.
