Muramvya is produced by the Murambi Coop, a group of smallholder farmers in the Muramvya region of Burundi. The cherries are carefully sorted and pulped before undergoing a traditional fermentation process for 18-24 hours, resulting in a flavour profile that showcases prune, dates, and brown sugar.
