This pack brings together two expressions of Black Diamond, a project by Óscar Chacón and Francisca Cubillo in Las Lajas, Costa Rica. The Black Honey process offers a deeper and comforting cup marked by notes of toffee, butter, and chocolate with orange, while the Natural process provides a more vibrant and fruity expression with notes of black grape, raspberry, melon, and papaya.
