
A single-farm specialty coffee from a 380-hectare estate in Antioquia, Colombia, revitalised in 2018 and cultivating more than 21 coffee varieties alongside protected natural reserves. The lot is processed with a honey method: a 36-hour cherry fermentation in sacks, a 96-hour anaerobic fermentation in controlled containers, and roughly eight days of slow drying.
