Grown at 1,900 meters and processed with precision, this Red Bourbon goes through multiple stages of selection and fermentation before being decaffeinated using the natural sugarcane process, preserving the identity and expression of the coffee. In the cup, floral notes of magnolia combine with the freshness of watermelon and mandarin, while cocoa nibs add depth and structure to the whole.
