La Candelaria Estate is located in the Alajuela province of the West Valley of Costa Rica. The coffee is processed on the estate, where it is washed, fermented in tanks, and dried on screens, resulting in a complex sweetness of red fruits and citrus, deep notes of cocoa, and a full body.
