This coffee comes from the farm of Jesús García, a third-generation producer who has been cultivating coffee for over 30 years. The coffee is clean, sweet, and balanced, processed using traditional washing methods. The cherries are picked daily, carefully selected to remove defects, and fermented for 30 hours before being slowly dried on African beds under indirect sunlight for 15 days.
