
A single origin from producer Manuel in Santa Barbara, Honduras, grown at 1,800 meters at his farm Los Primos, which he purchased in 2010 and runs with his cousin. The Pacas lot undergoes a 24-hour dry ferment before being washed, and was purchased through Ben Paz, who works closely with producers in the region. It has tasting notes of grapefruit, hibiscus and dark chocolate.
