Its impressive qualities are due to the civet, a mammal living in Africa and Asia, which feeds on the best coffee cherries, and as it digests the fruit, the coffee beans acquire unique characteristics. The result obtained after the refining and roasting process is a strong coffee with an intense aroma, thick body, delicate bitterness, and low acidity.
