Ruarai Coffee Factory is located on the lower slopes of Mt Kenya in Nyeri County, where rich volcanic soils and high elevations create ideal conditions for coffee cultivation. The factory is managed by the Ruthaka Farmers' Cooperative Society and processes cherries from around 600 smallholder farmers, ensuring only the ripest cherries are selected for milling.
