Indonesia Natcha Typica CM Lot #3 is grown at more than 1350 metres above sea level on Mount Papandayan. The cherries undergo a unique fermentation process that enhances their flavor profile, resulting in tasting notes of strawberry yogurt, watermelon, baked chocolate, and panela.
