Ijen Plateau, East Java, Indonesia
Ijen is a highland region southeast of the city of Bondowoso in East Java province. This coffee is mainly grown on large estates built by the Dutch in the 18th century, now managed by the Indonesian government. It was awarded a star in the Great Taste 2021.
