Ijen Plateau, East Java, Indonesia
Ijen is a highland region southeast of the city of Bondowoso in East Java. This coffee is primarily grown on large estates built by the Dutch in the 18th century, now managed by the Indonesian government. It has been awarded a star in the Great Taste 2021.
