
A monsooned Typica from the Malabar region of southern India, grown between 900 and 1,500 metres (84.6 SCA). After harvest the beans are exposed to monsoon winds for several weeks, giving a creamy body, low acidity and an unusual cup with spice notes and a touch of cocoa; well suited to espresso.
