
A decaffeinated single-origin coffee grown in the high-altitude conditions of Huila, Colombia, at around 1,700 metres. It is decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane (natural ethyl acetate) method with spring water, which preserves a flavour profile close to the original bean. It is recommended for espresso.
