This coffee comes from a small group of producers in the La Paz region, one of the most recognized coffee areas in Honduras. The natural process, with complete cherry drying on African beds, enhances sweetness and provides greater fruit intensity in the cup. In espresso, it offers a chocolate base with notes of mango and red fruits. The acidity is medium, well integrated, and the body is creamy, resulting in a sweet, balanced cup that is very easy to enjoy.
