This coffee comes from the Caballeriza plot located in Jaramillo, Panama. After harvest, the coffee cherries were slow dried for 32 days on raised beds and then for an additional 20 hours in a mechanical dryer. Hacienda La Esmeralda has played a pivotal role in the history of the Geisha coffee variety.
