Hambela Wamena, Guji, Ethiopia
This coffee is produced by approximately 600 smallholder farmers in the Hambela region, each contributing cherries from small plots. The coffee is dried on African raised beds, allowing the fruit sugars to infuse into the beans while maintaining clarity. This natural process results in a cup that opens with soft peach and dried fruit sweetness, followed by a smooth brown sugar finish.
