This coffee is cultivated in the mountains of the Acatenango region. After manual harvesting, the cherries are depulped and the highest quality beans are selected. The beans are then carefully washed to ensure an aromatic coffee with bright acidity and a nutty aftertaste with a slight caramel sweetness. It is a complex and aromatic coffee with a citrus touch of yellow fruits.
