Giku DUO includes two expressions from a lot sourced from Burundi, produced by Long Miles Coffee Project using Red Bourbon varieties. The washed process offers a clean and bright cup with notes of black tea, caramel, and citrus, while the honey process provides a silkier texture with sweeter, enveloping notes of floral, berries, chocolate, and peach.
